Shipping
- Free EU delivery. We ship your complete set of 4 wheels across the European Union at no extra cost — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Delivery time: 4–10 working days from dispatch, depending on your country.
- Fully insured & tracked. Every shipment is fully insured and sent with a tracking number so you can follow your order.
- Complete set. Orders are shipped as a set of 4 wheels with the necessary mounting hardware included.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer law, without giving a reason.
- Returned wheels must be unused and in their original packaging, in resaleable condition.
- To start a return, simply email info@prime-wheels.eu and we’ll guide you through it.
- Once we receive and check the returned items, we issue your refund within 14 days, to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the product arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on delivery. If your wheels arrive damaged, or you received the wrong item:
- Take photos of the outer packaging and the damage.
- Contact us at info@prime-wheels.eu within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away — at no cost to you.
